Questions about a request you submitted or the information you shared with us? Here is how to reach a real person and what we can help with.

We are a small team, and we read every message that comes in. Whether you have a question about a request you submitted, want to know what happened to your information, or simply spotted a mistake in one of our guides, the details below will get your message to the right person. Please remember that we are a loan-request connector, not a lender, so some questions are best answered by the lender you are working with.

You can reach us by email at [email protected], by phone at (888) 589-1075, or by mail at 796 Birch Lane, Suite 694, Columbia, SC 29201.
- Email: [email protected] is the fastest way to reach us and lets you attach details such as the date you submitted a request.
- Phone: (888) 589-1075 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, Eastern time.
- Mail: 796 Birch Lane, Suite 694, Columbia, SC 29201. Mail is best for formal written requests.
To help us find your records quickly, include the name and email address you used on the request form. Please never send a full Social Security number or bank account number by email.
What we can help with
Our team can help with questions about the status of a request we passed along, how your information was used or shared, and requests to remove your information or stop further contact.
Common reasons people write to us:
- Request status. We can confirm whether your request was received and passed along to lenders in our network.
- Data questions. We can explain what information we collected and who it was shared with, as described in our privacy policy.
- Removing your information. We can delete your information from our records where the law allows and ask that you stop receiving messages from us.
- Site feedback. We welcome corrections to our guides and reports of anything on the site that is not working.
What we cannot help with
We cannot make or change loan decisions, adjust rates or terms, or service a loan account, because lenders in our network make those decisions and manage their own accounts.
If you have accepted an offer, the lender handles your payments, due dates, payoff amounts, hardship options and any questions about the loan agreement. Look for the lender's contact details in your loan documents or welcome email and reach out to them directly. Contacting the lender first saves time, since we do not have access to your loan account.
Typical response times
We aim to answer most emails within one to two business days and most phone voicemails within one business day, though busy periods can take a little longer; these are estimates, not promises.
Requests to access or delete personal information can take longer because we need to verify your identity first. We will confirm when we receive such a request and let you know if we need anything more from you.
Before you write
Many common questions about timing, costs and eligibility are already answered on our site, so a quick look at the right page may get you an answer faster than waiting for a reply.
Our frequently asked questions cover most topics, and the how it works page explains each step of the request process.
