When you use our site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working, prevent fraud and understand which pages are helpful.

We use your information to process your loan request, share it with lenders that may be able to help, communicate with you, protect against fraud, improve our site and meet legal obligations.

1. Match your request with lenders in our network whose criteria may fit
2. Confirm your identity and help detect fraudulent or duplicate requests
3. Send you messages about your request, including updates by email, phone or text where you have agreed
4. Answer questions you send to our team

6. Comply with laws, regulations, court orders and our own terms of use

We share information with lenders in our network and with service providers as needed to process your request, and we may also share it when the law requires or to protect our rights.

• Lenders in our network. Your request details go to lenders that may be able to make an offer. Each lender that receives your information handles it under its own privacy policy, and a lender may contact you directly about an offer.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as hosting, email delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention and analytics providers, receive only the information they need to perform those services for us.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to respond to legal process, to investigate fraud, or to protect the safety and rights of users and others.
• Business changes. If our business is merged or sold, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections described here.
